ABOUT BRAD

I live in the Tomahawk area of Berkeley County. I'm running for the West Virginia House of Delegates, District 92, because I've watched my county get taken advantage of long enough — and I don't see anyone in Charleston pushing back hard enough.

About Me

Brad Noll

I'm not a career politician. I'm a citizen. I've been to almost every county in this state — I hunt and belong to a camp in Webster County, at the center of the state. I know West Virginia. And I know what's happening to Berkeley County isn't something we have to accept.

I've run for office before. I lost. I'm still here. The issues I was talking about then are worse now, and I'm not the kind of person who walks away because something is hard.

I'm pro-gun. I'm a states' rights guy. I’m an outdoorsman. I'm a landowner. I believe you should be able to do things on your own land. I've always been on the side of labor — that's why I'm a Democrat, however, before any of that, I'm a concerned citizen.

I show up to the meetings AND participate. I write to the legislators. I don't ask anyone in Charleston for permission to speak up on what's happening in my own county. That's the kind of representation I would be in District 92.

✓  Pro–gun rights and responsible ownership

✓  Anti-tax, anti-hidden-fees

✓  Pro-labor, pro-working-class

✓  Pro-property-rights and states' rights

✓  Pro-economic-development with fair terms for the host county

✓  Endorsed by educators, coal, and labor

✓  The only Democrat in the state of West Virginia endorsed by farmers

Most of the people in District 92 are not party loyalists. They're tired of being talked down to, tired of paying for things they didn't ask for, and tired of a representative who votes how Charleston tells him to and dismisses constituents the rest of the time.

WHY YOU'D VOTE FOR ME — EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT A DEMOCRAT

I'm running because I'm anti-establishment in the way that actually counts — I don't owe anyone in Charleston a favor, I don't take money from lobbyists for the county, and I won't vote yes.

I know how things work in Charleston because I show up and I ask questions. I've stood in front of the Department of Natural Resources Commission. I've gone to County Commission meetings. I've read HB 2014, HB 4500, the rain tax ordinance, the impact fee ordinance.

If you're a Republican who thinks Mike Hite hasn't fought for you, vote your conscience. If you're an independent who got locked out of the Republican primary this year, your vote in November is the one that decides this race. If you're a Democrat who hasn't had a real choice in years, you do now.

Berkeley County deserves a representative whose first allegiance is to the people who live here. That's the job I'm asking for.
